policy below.
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website
operator. Their contact details can be found in the section "Notice
on the responsible party".
How do we collect your data?
Some of your data is collected when you provide it to us, for example
through our contact form or when booking an appointment and being
treated at our practice. Other data is collected automatically by our
IT systems when you visit the website (e.g. internet browser,
operating system, time of the page visit).
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided
without errors. In connection with your appointment request or
treatment, we also process data to organize and carry out your
medical care.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge
about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data,
as well as the right to have this data corrected or deleted. You can
withdraw any consent you have given at any time. You also have the
right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
You can contact us at any time about this or any other questions.
2. HOSTING
We host the content of our website with the following provider:
Wix.com
The provider is Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel,
with an establishment in the EU. Wix enables us to create and operate
our website. For this purpose, Wix processes personal data. All
personal data that you enter on this website or that is collected
automatically is therefore also processed by Wix and stored on its
servers.
The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have
a legitimate interest in providing our website reliably. Where
consent has been requested, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a)
GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
For further details, please see Wix's privacy policy:
https://www.wix.com/about/privacy
Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Wix. This is
a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that Wix
processes the personal data of our website visitors only according to
our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
3. GENERAL INFORMATION AND MANDATORY DISCLOSURES
Data protection
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat
your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the
statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Please
note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating
by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against
access by third parties is not possible.

Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy
policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for
the data processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate
request for deletion or withdraw your consent to data processing,
your data will be deleted, unless we have other legally permissible
reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. tax retention periods or
the statutory minimum retention periods for patient records under
Spanish health law); in that case, deletion takes place once these
reasons no longer apply.
General information on the legal bases of data processing
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal
data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, where
special categories of data (e.g. health data) under Art. 9(1) GDPR are
processed. If your data is required to perform a treatment contract
or to carry out pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the
basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In the healthcare context, processing is
also based on Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR (preventive healthcare and medical
treatment). We also process your data where this is necessary to
comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) or on the basis of
our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients of personal data
In the course of our practice activities, we work with various
external parties (e.g. hosting providers and, where applicable,
specialists or clinics providing further treatment). We only pass on
personal data to external parties if this is necessary to carry out
your treatment, if we are legally obliged to do so, if there is a
legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or if you have given us
your explicit consent (e.g. issuing an invoice for submission to your
private health insurer). When using processors, we only pass on data
on the basis of a valid DPA.
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit
consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time.
The lawfulness of the data processing carried out before the
withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object to data collection in special cases (Art. 21 GDPR)
IF DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE
RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION. IF YOU OBJECT, WE
WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR DATA, UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE
COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR
INTERESTS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES TO ESTABLISH, EXERCISE OR DEFEND
LEGAL CLAIMS.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of GDPR violations, you have the right to lodge a
complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member
State of your habitual residence. The supervisory authority
responsible for our practice in Spain is:

basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to
you or to a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
Access, correction and deletion
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the
right at any time to receive free information about your stored
personal data and, where applicable, the right to have this data
corrected or deleted. You can contact us at any time using the
contact details above.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of
your personal data, among other cases if you dispute the accuracy of
the data, if the processing was unlawful, or if you have objected to
the processing.

6. DATA TRANSFERS TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The use of Wix and other integrated services (e.g. Google Maps) may
